I was recently lucky enough to chat with Monica Yates, the Chief Growth Officer of Kajabi. Kajabi is a one-stop online platform for entrepreneurs to create and market courses and memberships to their customers. In the time I spent talking with Monica, it became abundantly clear that not only is she incredibly experienced in the world of digital products, but she is also one of the most supportive and inspirational people I know.

Monica has been working in e-commerce for over 15 years and has a wealth of experience in digital marketing, web engineering and design as well as growth and strategy development. This rich history has enabled Monica to make a real impact in her current role with Kajabi.

Since joining the Kajabi team in 2011, she has been instrumental in helping to establish Kajabi as the leading education platform in the market. Her influence can be seen everywhere, from Kajabi’s outstanding customer service and focus on helping entrepreneurs succeed, to her active role in the company’s growth initiatives and product development.
