Why I Left Kajabi

When I first heard about Kajabi, I was really excited! I had been wanting to start an online business for a long time and thought that Kajabi could really help me to do that. It promised to be an easy-to-use platform that would take care of all the technical aspects of setting up an online business. It sounded perfect.

But unfortunately, my time with Kajabi ended up being anything but perfect. Below, I’ll outline all the reasons why I ultimately decided to leave the platform and look elsewhere for my online business needs.

Too Expensive for Beginners

The biggest con for me was the price. While the monthly subscription wasn’t too bad, the add-on features were where Kajabi really got expensive. There was a yearly fee to create a “brand” which raised the total cost to over $200/year. It wasn’t worth it for my purposes and I eventually decided to look for an alternative solution.

Difficult to Customize

Another issue that I had was the difficulty of customizing the platform. I spent hours trying to figure out how to make everything display the way I wanted it and never managed to get the exact look and feel that I was going for. The interface wasn’t intuitive and I was constantly running into roadblocks that were difficult to overcome.

Lack of Essential Features

The biggest frustration for me was the lack of essential features. Things like email marketing and payment processing were either missing or clunky to use at best. Even with the extra add-ons I couldn’t get the functions I needed and so I eventually decided to look for something else.

Poor Customer Support

Finally, the customer support for Kajabi was really poor. It was hard to get help with technical issues and many of my questions remained unanswered. This made the whole experience even more frustrating.

A Better Option

After leaving Kajabi, I found a better option that allowed me to set up my online business quickly and easily. It was 160% cheaper than Kajabi and came with all the features I needed, plus a lot more.

I now have a platform that offers great customer support, detailed analytics, and plenty of options to customize the look and feel of my pages. It helps me keep track of customers and sales, all for a fraction of what I would be spending on Kajabi.

All in all, I’m happy that I left Kajabi behind and found a better alternative. There are lots of great options out there and doing your research can really help you find the perfect one for your online business. Don’t be afraid to explore different options and find the one that works best for your needs. Good luck!
